Recently Video Shoot Productions worked with students at The Heston Community School on a creative media project commissioned by Octink, an award-winning display specialist based in Brentford.
Heston School is one of the best schools in the country for teaching Key Stage 3 in creative media studies and A Level art and photography. Hanif Khan of Video Shoot Productions was asked to help the students produce three videos for Octink and ensure they were produced to a high standard.
had the opportunity to work with some great young adults and watch them grow from individuals with an idea, to working as part of a team, producing excellent pieces of video and animation work. The best thing about working with young, talented individuals is that they have great passion and when they realise the practical work they are doing is giving them a head start for the future, you can see the light bulb go on in their head and suddenly the work ethic and attitude changes for the better, resulting in a great end product.
It was a brilliant experience and one I would do again.

Proud to be a Best Green Company for the third year running
For the third successive year Octink has taken its place as one of The Sunday Times Best Green Companies for 2011, a list of the top 60 UK companies. Octink continues to lead the way as the sole representative for the signage and display industry and this year achieved special merit in the report for having the greenest employees and also for having a management team that leads by example.
Perception of the company as being genuinely ‘green’ is also growing, boosted by our event recycling services that have proved successful across many clients and industries - no more so than at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show.
